“Client”: The company or representative commissioning services from CaptureMotion Ltd.
“We/Us/Our”: CaptureMotion Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
“Services”: Any photo, video, or creative work provided by CaptureMotion Ltd.
“Deliverables”: The final edited content agreed upon in the scope of work or proposal.

All services provided by CaptureMotion Ltd are subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing. A written quotation or proposal approved by the Client (by email or signature) constitutes acceptance of the scope and cost of work.

A 50% deposit is required to secure booking dates unless otherwise agreed.
The balance is due within 14 days of final delivery or project completion.
Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the account provided on the invoice.

The Client agrees to:
Provide clear direction, access, and contact points for shoots.
Ensure all necessary permissions are in place prior to filming or photography.
Review deliverables within the agreed timeframe and provide timely feedback.
Not delay the project without good cause or communication.

Standard turnaround is 14 working days unless agreed otherwise.
Includes 1 round of amends unless specified in writing. Additional revisions are billable at a rate of £50 per hour.
Delivery is via download link. Links remain active for 14 days unless otherwise arranged

Copyright in all footage, photography, and edits remains with CaptureMotion Ltd unless transferred by written agreement.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial licence to use the deliverables for their intended business purposes.
Usage beyond original scope (e.g. broadcast, resale, sublicensing) requires additional licensing unless agreed in writing.

If the Client cancels with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
Postponements with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur rescheduling fees or day-rate costs.
Force majeure events (illness, severe weather, transport failures, etc.) may result in a delay or reschedule without liability.

We will provide services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid to us for that project.
We are not liable for consequential losses, third-party failures, or delays beyond our control.

We archive raw and edited files for 30 days after delivery. Long-term storage can be arranged upon request and may incur a storage fee.
It is the Client’s responsibility to download and back up all final deliverables promptly.

Unless agreed otherwise, we reserve the right to showcase finished work (not raw footage) in our portfolio, website, and social channels, strictly for self-promotional purposes. If confidentiality is required, the Client must notify us in writing prior to the project.

We will keep all confidential business, brand, or marketing information disclosed during our engagement secure and will not share it without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

CaptureMotion Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated in writing and apply to future projects.
