• Lot 25 recently completed a striking renovation of one of their barn spaces, blending rural character with refined contemporary styling. They brought in CaptureMotion to photograph the newly finished interiors — not just to document the physical space, but to capture the atmosphere and visual identity of the renovation.

This wasn’t just about the architecture — it was about the way the space feels: brighter, more open, more thoughtfully designed. Key features included exposed beams, warm textures, clean finishes, and a smart new mezzanine floor that added function without losing flow.

  • The challenge was to move beyond basic property photography. Lot 25 already had a strong design eye — what they needed was content that could communicate the lived-in beauty of the space:

    • Natural but elevated composition to reflect their brand

    • The ability to showcase volume and flow in a single frame

    • Consistency across a full set of images for use online and in print.

  • We developed a photo strategy that celebrated the craftsmanship and atmosphere of the conversion — capturing both wide architectural shots and tighter, detail-led frames.

    Deliverables included:

    • Wide-angle interior photography to show the new layout, mezzanine structure, and improved light flow

    • Detail shots highlighting material choices, joinery, textures, and finishes

    • Styled compositions with natural lighting, helping tell the story of the space without over-staging

    • Retouched, brand-consistent files suitable for use across social media, website galleries, and promotional print materials

The final gallery gave Lot 25 a versatile content library to help market the space, inspire future customers, and document the continued evolution of their unique, design-led approach.
